Axar Properties – For the Homeless

Happy Christmas Paula!
Axar Properties - for the Homeless
It is somewhat ironic that an English lawyer, Paula Basham, who sells and rents properties for a living, would unlawfully employ and unlawfully dismiss a 21 year old pregnant woman and consequently deprive her of her legal rights under Spanish and European Law.
This same lawyer has had judgements made against her in Malaga Court (twice) but has yet to pay a single “centimo” to her ex-employee . This has led to severe economic difficulties and the threat of homelessness to her former employee and her baby, Maya.
Paula Basham, owner of Axar Properties S.L. is such a woman.
This Injustice in Europe report revolves around the case of Vanessa Kjaerulff Jensen, a young Danish woman who worked for Paula Basham, owner of Axar Properties S.L. as featured on BBC’s TV program “Living In The Sun”
Go ahead, see what Google says about Axar Properties then listen to Vanessa’s story over the coming days and weeks.
Vanessa was employed by Paula Basham but never received a contract of employment despite repeated requests and promises that Axar Properties S.L. would supply one.
The full details of this report will appear soon but in the meantime see this Press Release
